The folks at Metro Funding should be called the difficult loan specialists. They have funded loans for me that have been turned down elsewhere simply because those that turned them down did not want to take the time to understand them. I received the run around from several lenders and at the point when I was ready to give up, I was introduced to Metro. From the start, they seemed confident. This to me seemed surprising since I only had 14 days before my purchase agreement expired. Knowing the frustration of acquiring commercial financing, I figured Metro would be no different. After all, when regular banks take 3-6 months to close a loan, how can Metro close it in 14 days? It just wasn't going to happen. Believe it or not, I closed two days before my purchase agreement expired. Wow! It was a miracle to me but for Metro, it was their professionalism, dedication and above all the willingness to make it happen.
